Welcome to Jungle Pathways. By booking a safari with us, you agree to the terms and conditions mentioned below. These guidelines ensure a smooth booking experience, safety during the safari, and compliance with forest regulations.

1. Booking & Payment Policy

All safari bookings can be made only through our official website, WhatsApp support, or our authorized booking partners.

Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your safari seat.

We accept major payment methods including UPI, debit/credit cards, net banking, PayPal, and secure bank transfers.

After the payment is completed, you will receive a confirmed booking receipt through email and WhatsApp.

It is the guest’s responsibility to provide accurate contact details for communication..

2. Cancellation & Refund Policy

We aim to provide complete transparency and a smooth refund experience.

100% Satisfaction Promise

If you are not satisfied with our services for genuine reasons, you may request a full refund.

Cancellation Rules:

48 hours or more before safari: Eligible for a full refund.

24–48 hours before safari: Eligible for 50% refund.

Less than 24 hours before safari: No refund will be processed.

Refund Timeline:

All approved refunds are processed within 5–7 working days to the original payment method.

Transaction charges (if any) levied by the payment gateway are non-refundable.

3. Safari Guidelines & Guest Responsibilities

To ensure your safety and maintain the natural environment of Jawai Leopard Reserve, all guests must follow these rules: Follow the instructions shared by your guide, tracker, or driver at all times.

Avoid loud noise, littering, feeding animals, or any action that may disturb wildlife.

Safari routes or timing may change due to weather, road conditions, or local authority guidelines.

Alcohol, smoking, and any form of intoxication are strictly prohibited during the safari.

Children below 5 years must be continuously supervised by parents or guardians.

Guests must arrive at the reporting point at least 15–20 minutes before departure.

Always stay seated inside the vehicle during the safari.

4. Liability & Disclaimer

Jungle Pathways acts as a private booking platform that works with licensed local safari operators, trackers, and drivers.

We do not control or operate government-authorized safaris and are not affiliated with any forest department.

Wildlife sightings depend on natural behavior and cannot be guaranteed.

We are not responsible for any personal injuries, medical conditions, accidents, or loss of belongings during a safari.

Any dispute or legal matter will fall under the jurisdiction of Pali, Rajasthan (India).
